How We Do Roof Repairs
We trace where the water is getting in before we price anything, then fix the cause. That can be a slipped or broken tile, a ridge that needs re-pointing, a split bit of flashing or a damaged fascia or soffit.
What We Repair
Most repairs we're called to are small jobs with a clear cause. One customer, Jonathan, had slipped and damaged slates, a rotten barge board and ridge tiles that needed re-pointing, and we sorted all of it. Lucy's job was a leaking flat roof, broken tiles and split flashing, and we also re-secured the loose guttering while we were up there. Edd had one broken tile of an uncommon type, and it took three suppliers to find a match.

Claire's job was classed urgent and we fitted it in over a bank holiday weekend, with photos and a progress report midway.
