What Our Customers Say

George and John did an excellent job from start to finish. In fact, 2 distinct jobs: flat roof replacement, followed by new guttering for the entire property. They are professional, reliable, knowledgeable and transparent. They communicate clearly from engagement to completion, and I appreciate that they think with you re options and priorities vs what can wait. The work was completed efficiently and to a high standard. Everything was left clean and tidy and I would definitely work with them again on future projects. Would happily recommend!

George and John are great. They are really polite and personable. Friendly and helpful. Really clear quote with photographs and the work explained simply. They were on time and left everything clean and clear. I have already recommended them to a friend and will definitely use them again.

A great experience with these guys re-pointing our roof ridge tiles: excellent customer service and quality work that saved the existing tiles. George and John arrived on time, finished on time, and left a tidy job site. No hesitation in using Proguard again. Well done.

I had a lot of slipped and damaged slates, rotten barge board that need replacing and the the ridge tiles that needed re pointing. The guys came out promptly to view and quote and soon after came to do the work. They even painted the replacement barge board which saved having to hire a painter and offered to do the main barge board down the side of the house. After being in a serious accident this was a huge relief to have everything fixed and ready for winter. Great guys who are friendly, polite, punctual, professional and tell you everything about the process that you understand. Highly recommend them and if I have any roof issues in the future, they will be the people!

George and the team were helpful on advising what could be done with the flat roof. They spent two days repairing it and let me know what was happening each step of the way. I’m very happy with result, the roof looks brand new. I would have the team back to do any other roofing work. The team was professional, courteous and tidied up each day. Good value.

I sent them an email on a Sunday about a broken tile and they responded first thing Monday, and came over to take a look by lunchtime the same day. Took them a little time to find the right replacement tile (apparently I have an uncommon type of tile and it took them asking 3 different suppliers to find a replacement) but once they did, they got back to me to arrange the work to be completed that same day. Spent time to clearly explain everything. Got the job done quickly. Price was reasonable. Would recommend.

George and he’s team went above and beyond to repair our on going leaks. We have had 3 previous roofers attempt to fix the leaking roof and failed. George installed a new GRP flat roof and we have not had a leak since. Very efficient, very reliable, great guys.

Great work fixing our leaking chimney stack. Competitive quote, reliable, did the job soon after acceptance of the quote, polite and tidy. Highly recommended.

Replacement gutters front and rear. Advised increased overhangs and additional pipe to feed direct into downpipe. A thorough job, clean & courteous at all times
