How We Do Flat Roofs
We take off the old covering and lay a new one: felt, single ply membrane, GRP fibreglass or Firestone RubberCover EPDM rubber. We also maintain and repair flat roofs that don't need replacing.
Which Roofs We Cover
Extensions, verandas, dormers, porches and garages. EPDM rubber suits all of those. On the photos below you can see grey fibreglass with a neat edge trim and dark felt over a front extension, plus a felt dormer with the scaffold still around it.
Repair or Replace
Not every flat roof needs replacing. We spent two days repairing Dan's, explained what was happening each step of the way, and Dan says it looks brand new. Jolanda's was replaced, and the review says we think with you about options and priorities, and about what can wait. We'll tell you which one you're looking at.
When Patching Has Stopped Working
Ricky had been through three roofers who tried to fix a leak and failed. We installed a new GRP flat roof and there hasn't been a leak since. If you've had the same roof patched more than once, tell us when you ring, because it changes what we'd look at first.
